Shops with Turf TV should have a SIScom box which switches commentary through SIS to the Turf TV commentary when required.
Sometimes the switchover mechanism fails and no commentary comes through from Turf TV. When this occurs please follow the steps below.
1. Switch off Turf TV Decoder and remove smart card.
2. Unplug the power cable from the SIScom box
3. Re insert smart card and switch Turf TV decoder back on
4. When the picture is back up put the power lead back in to the SIScom box.
If this fails to work, try one more time then raise ticket via portal or Ipswich
