Once an engineer has visited or your problem has been resolved remotely and your ticket needs closing, click on "Check ticket status" and open the relevant ticket number. Here you can add some additional comments, for example name of engineer who fixed the problem, Time and date etc and you will see an option to "Mark ticket as closed" simply click on this and your ticket will show as closed to the helpdesk administrator.
